The ESL Katowice event is well known in the Counter-Strike circuit. Featuring some of the biggest names in Counter-Strike, the Katowice event for 2019 will also be a CS: GO Major. Having a successful event in the city means the influx of lots of tourists and business for the local community. It also helps in enhancing the name of the place across the globe.
With the Katowice event gaining so much prominence it is not surprising to see Bucharest also jump on the esports bandwagon. With time, this event might become a regular feature on the CS: GO calendar.
